You, Me, Everybody will be stopping in on their inaugural tour on Monday, October 14th.
You, Me, Everybody is a collaboration formed by Laurence (guitar) and Sam (mandolin) Rhodes of RhodeWorks, with Nat Torkington from the Pipi Pickers on banjo, James Geluk of the Frank Burkitt Band on Bass, and Kim Bonnington of Kim and Dusty on guitar and vocals. This band is already making waves across the New Zealand bluegrass scene and getting attention internationally. This is guaranteed to be one of the best shows of the year.
Celebrating the first flowers of Spring.
Hans Pucket have decided to get out of the house and go on their most extensive tour of New Zealand to date.
It’s a welcome return for longtime fans of the band, or just those wondering what all the fuss is about. Hans Pucket’s live show argues their case with famous spectacularity and a symmetrical stage picture of identical twins with a handsome drummer in the middle.
Blending eclectic musical tastes of 70s disco, early 2000s indie rock, and mid-century musical theatre, Hans Pucket makes songs that are both personal and communal. Headphone music you can party to.
Halfway to finishing the followup to their brilliant 2018 debut album Eczema, they’ll bring new songs with new pop twists on heartbreak, anxiety and the stresses of modern life. Earlier this year the band proved their chops on the international stage for the first time, playing both solo shows and supporting The Beths across UK and Europe. They’re eager to tour NZ, see their friends again, and have a Really Nice Time.
Jane Horder & Gemma Lee
Super appropriate title for this show – Jane’s voice is magnificent! She is very ably accompanied by the lovely Gemma on the Bechstein. We are definitely looking forward to their second show here.
Consummate singer Jane Horder enjoys a diverse career of performing and teaching. Jane has sung with Auckland swing band ‘Prima Swing Riot’ for many successful years and has performed in numerous musicals across Australasia, including Miss Saigon, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Sweeney Todd.
Collaborative pianist Gemma Lee has performed internationally including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Sydney Opera House, and the Goldener Saal of the Musikverein. Born in South Korea and raised in New Zealand, Gemma holds a Master of Music with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland.

Fundraiser for Leigh Hall – entry includes tea and cakes
Blues maestro Ash Grunwald will play four headline shows across the North Island in support of his new album ‘Mojo’ – out on August 30 – and we’re thrilled to be one
With unique storytelling through song and unleashing an avalanche of rhythmic fury on guitar, Ash will bring his brand-new show to life for Kiwi’s this Summer.
Fans can expect to hear brand new tunes from the upcoming album Mojo, including the latest single ‘Whispering Voice’ (feat. Kasey Chambers) as well as old stomping Ash G favourites ‘Walking’ and ‘Money’.
Recorded in the US and Australia, Mojo is Ash’s first new studio album in four years and features guest appearances by The Teskey Brothers, Mahalia Barnes and Joe Bonamassa amongst others. Of the record, Ash says…
“At this point, Mojo represents a journey through my own valley of darkness, and out the other side into the fresh sunlit glory of optimism and positivity. This may sound like a cliché, but when you’ve lived it it feels very different.”
Joining Ash on all dates, will be kiwi blues and roots duo Swamp Thing. Made up of multi-instrumentalist Michael Barker and guitar virtuoso Brett Adams, Swamp Thing play every show as if it was their last. With a resume including stints with Split Enz, The Mockers, John Butler Trio and Tami Neilson between them, these guys certainly have a wealth of musical experience.
